How to view the calendar
- The calendar opens in “agenda” format/view and includes all events and bookings in all five areas (Social/Fundraising, Rehearsals (youth and Adult), Performances, Committe meetings)
- To view items specific to only one or more of these areas (ie to filter out those you don’t need at the moment), use the small drop down arrow to the right of “Agenda” at the extreme top right of the calendar. Ensure that only the options you need are selected.
- The calendar may be viewed in “Weekly”, “Monthly” or “Agenda” (Daily List) format – click on the appropriate tab at the top right of the calendar to try the other views.
- Click on any entry to get more information about it.
